This policy explains how WebmPros, also known as Website Marketing Pros, handles information collected through webmpros.com and direct inquiries about our business. We are based in Cleveland, Ohio. For a privacy question, email info@webmpros.com or call (440) 782-1687.
This website is for business-partnership inquiries. A separate local service website may collect consumer inquiries under its own notice. This policy does not replace the notices on other websites.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, service, and city or coverage area. A phone number and message are optional. We also record the time of submission, an inquiry reference, your acknowledgment of this privacy notice, and the page path used to submit the request.
Please do not send payment details, account passwords, sensitive personal information, or customer records through this form. We do not need those details to discuss a potential partnership.
Technical information and security
Our hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser information, request details, and security signals when you visit the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. The application uses a keyed, temporary identifier derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions; it does not add the raw IP address to the inquiry record.

How we use and share information
We use your details to respond, assess the service and market you describe, maintain a record of the conversation, and protect the inquiry system. Submitting a form does not sign you up for a newsletter, automated marketing texts, or a purchased lead list.
We use service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries. The submission system stores requests in Cloudflare’s database service and uses Resend for email notifications to WebmPros. Those providers process information to supply their services. You can review Resend’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your business-partnership inquiry as a marketing lead to contractors or other advertisers. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, protect rights or security, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Fonts, cookies, and browser storage
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address. See the Google Fonts privacy information.
The site does not include an advertising pixel or a behavioral analytics script. Hosting and anti-abuse services may use technical signals or security-related cookies. We use temporary session storage in your browser to show a submission receipt after a successful inquiry. The receipt does not contain your name, email address, or message, and the page treats it as expired after one hour.
We do not use this browser storage to build an advertising profile. Your browser settings can restrict storage and cookies, although some security or confirmation features may then work differently.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries and correspondence while they are reasonably useful for responding, evaluating a partnership, managing an ongoing relationship, or meeting recordkeeping obligations. Security rate-limit entries expire separately and are removed by the application’s cleanup routine. Information in email accounts, provider logs, and backups may follow separate retention schedules.
You can ask us to correct or delete information you provided, or tell us that you do not want further follow-up. Email us from the address used for the inquiry where possible. We may need to verify the request and retain limited records for legitimate obligations. Any additional rights depend on the law that applies to your situation.
Other important details
No website or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Access to inquiry records should be limited to people who need them, and we ask you to avoid submitting sensitive information here.
The site is intended for business users, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
