Pricing & Partnerships

Know the arrangement.
Then judge the price.

We discuss a monthly lead partnership for a specific property, service, and area. You review the scope and available history before deciding whether it fits your business.

What you are paying for

Access to the opportunity.
Not ownership of the site.

The monthly model covers the agreed access to inquiries generated through a WebmPros-owned property. We keep the website and manage it within the defined arrangement. Your business handles the customer conversations and the work.

The quote should identify the property, the services and locations covered, the inquiry destinations, and the reporting we can provide. It should also make clear when billing begins and which items are outside the monthly scope.

We are not publishing a blanket price for every market. A property in planning and one with established inquiry records are not the same offer.

Three things to evaluate

A number alone cannot tell you the value.

The property’s history

Ask which inquiries were recorded, when they arrived, and how many matched the covered service. Separate organic traffic from any paid traffic.

The fit for your work

Check the travel radius, service mix, customer requirements, and room in your schedule. An inquiry you cannot serve is not the same as a useful opportunity.

Your own economics

Use contribution after direct job costs, not the full invoice value. Then consider how many inquiries you realistically turn into completed, paid jobs.

Monthly rental or pay per lead?

Different billing.
The same need for evidence.

With a fixed monthly arrangement, the effective cost per inquiry changes as volume changes. In a pay-per-lead arrangement, billing is tied to the inquiries that meet its chargeable-lead rules.

Neither label tells you whether an inquiry is exclusive, useful, or likely to become a job. Those are separate questions. Our model here is a monthly property partnership; pay-per-lead is a comparison, not a pricing plan currently offered on this site.

Before starting, confirm minimum commitments, notice periods, billing dates, and any review or credit process. Do not assume month-to-month cancellation, refunds, or a volume guarantee unless those terms are actually agreed.
