Partnership FAQs
Know how it works.
Before you commit.
Straight answers about ownership, exclusivity, market status, and the responsibilities on each side.
The partnership model
Am I buying the website?
No. Under the lead-partnership model described here, WebmPros retains ownership and management of the web property. You receive the inquiries included in the arrangement. Any different ownership arrangement would need to be expressly discussed.
Is this another SEO retainer for my existing website?
No. The proposed partnership concerns a WebmPros-owned property. It does not include unlimited changes to your business website, a website redesign, or a separate SEO campaign for your domain.
What does “exclusive” actually mean?
We do not distribute the same covered inquiry from a partnered property to competing partners. Exclusivity applies to the service, property, and area agreed for the partnership. It does not stop the prospective customer from independently contacting other businesses.
Who handles estimates and customer service?
The service business does. You are responsible for responding, establishing the job scope, setting your prices, meeting any requirements applicable to your work, and looking after the customer. WebmPros is not the contractor performing the service.
Markets and results
Are all the market cards live opportunities?
No. A card labeled “In development,” “Planned market,” or “Coming soon” is a preview. It does not mean a website is currently producing inquiries, that a territory is reserved, or that a launch date has been set.
Are lead volume or booked jobs guaranteed?
No. Search visibility and inquiry volume can change. An inquiry is an opportunity to speak with a potential customer, not a guaranteed sale. Review the actual property history and the proposed arrangement before deciding.
Can I keep my current website and marketing?
Yes. The model does not require you to replace your existing website. Discuss your service area and how any additional inquiries would fit alongside your current channels.
What will the partnership cost?
Pricing is discussed for the specific property and scope. The site does not currently publish a fixed price for every market. Any advertising spend, additional work, billing arrangements, or changes should be made clear before you commit.
See Pricing & Partnerships for the scope and questions to clarify in a quote.
Getting started
Does sending an inquiry reserve a market?
No. It lets us discuss a potential fit. Availability and the next steps must be confirmed; submitting the form does not create a purchase or reservation.
What happens if the partnership ends?
The web property remains with WebmPros under this model. Notice, billing, and changes to inquiry routing should be clarified in the specific arrangement before it begins. Do not assume the website, phone number, or historic inquiry records transfer to you.
My city is not listed. Can I still contact you?
Yes. Tell us your service and area. That helps us evaluate interest, but it is not a promise that we will build a property in that market.
How should I report a form or website problem?
Call (440) 782-1687 or email info@webmpros.com. Include the page and a brief description of what happened. Do not include passwords, payment information, or other people’s customer details.
The next step
Still have a question?
Ask about your specific service and market. We’ll discuss the details that matter to your business.
