Our approach

Good websites start
with better questions.

We combine search research, useful content, and conversion-focused design to build local lead websites. Here is the thinking behind those properties, the decisions we make, and the evidence we look for.

What you are evaluating

Not just a domain.
A reasoned approach to the work.

A property should do more than look professional. We want its pages to make sense for the services offered, the people searching, and the business receiving the inquiries.

01 / Search strategy

Attract the right questions.

Research the service and situation behind a search. Decide which pages are needed and what each one must explain.

02 / Conversion research

Understand the decision.

Investigate the visitor’s expectations, unanswered questions, and reasons to hesitate before asking for an inquiry.

03 / Content standards

Give a useful answer.

Put the main answer first. Replace broad claims with specific information that the business can actually support.

How the pieces connect

Research. Build. Check. Learn.

This is our working sequence, not a claim that every developing property has completed every stage.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

Establish the services, geographic coverage, practical limits, and customer questions. A service that a partner cannot provide does not belong in the offer.

  2. 02

    Investigate the searches

Look at the words people use and the pages search results present. Treat assumptions about urgency or intent as questions to investigate, not facts about every visitor.

  3. 03

    Give each page a job

Choose a useful home for each topic. Connect service information, relevant local detail, and supporting explanations without making near-identical pages for every phrase.

  4. 04

    Answer and substantiate

Build the page around the decision. Use verified process details, appropriate examples, and evidence close to the claim it supports.

  5. 05

    Check the inquiry path

Test the mobile layout, phone links, form validation, and delivery. A click on a contact button is not the same as a successfully received inquiry.

  6. 06

    Review what actually happens

Compare search visibility with relevant inquiries. Where a partner supplies reliable booking records, review those separately from website activity.

A worked example

Start with the job.
Not the company introduction.

Illustration: a homeowner wants a small deck repair. This is a demonstration of our reasoning, not a live service offer or a measured case study.

The search

“replace a broken deck board near me”

What would we need to find out?

Does the business take small repairs? Which areas does it cover? Can it assess the board from a photo, or is a visit needed? Are there a minimum charge or travel fees?

The query suggests a job. It does not tell us the full condition of the deck or what the customer will book.

SEARCH

Choose a relevant page.

Lead with repair scope and coverage, not a general article about the history of decking.

CONTENT

Explain the limits.

Distinguish a board replacement from a problem that needs a wider assessment. Do not diagnose the job from a keyword.

CONVERSION

Make the next step concrete.

Explain what details to send, how the business reviews them, and when the customer should expect the next contact, once confirmed.

What we would check afterward: whether inquiries concern covered repairs, whether they reach the business, and which questions still have to be answered. A sensible change is a hypothesis until there is evidence.

Behind the approach

Hands-on judgment.
Clear responsibilities.

This section sets out Todd’s approach to researching searches, understanding customer decisions, and making content useful. It draws on search guidance and conversion research where cited, with WebmPros examples showing how we apply that thinking.

The work described here supports WebmPros-owned properties. It is not an offer of unlimited changes to a partner’s existing website or a separate SEO retainer.

For a particular partnership, review the actual property, its current stage, the available evidence, and the written scope.
