Five practical steps. Clear decisions at each one.
01
Find a service-area fit.
Start with the work your business wants and the locations it can cover. We also discuss who will answer inquiries and whether there is room in the schedule. A nearby city is not automatically a suitable territory.
Your part: describe your service, coverage, and capacity.
02
Review the property, not just a promise.
We identify the property and its current stage. Where a history exists, review the date range, source of traffic, and recorded inquiries. A development plan is presented as a plan, not evidence of a full calendar.
Before deciding: separate recorded results from forecasts.
03
Agree on the commercial details.
Confirm the monthly fee, covered services, territory, routing, and reporting. Discuss any separate advertising budget, start date, minimum term, notice requirements, and how disputed inquiries will be handled.
Before starting: put the actual scope and terms in writing.
04
Connect and test inquiry delivery.
The receiving phone number and form destination are agreed for the property. Test the routes before relying on them. The setup should make it clear what a prospective customer requested and which business will respond.
Your part: provide the correct receiving details and a response plan.
05
Follow up and review what happened.
You handle estimates, scheduling, and service. We manage the WebmPros property within the agreed scope. Review recorded inquiries separately from appointments and completed work; booking results depend on more than the website.
Ongoing: use real outcomes to judge the arrangement.

Exclusive distribution
One partner does not mean one guaranteed sale.
For the agreed property, service, and territory, WebmPros does not send the same covered inquiry to competing partners. That is what exclusivity means in this arrangement.
The customer can still contact other businesses independently, compare estimates, change plans, or decide not to proceed. A call is an opportunity to discuss work, not proof that a job has been booked.
Keep the distinction clear when reviewing results: visibility, inquiries, estimates, and completed jobs are different stages.
This partnership does not include a redesign of your existing site, unlimited revisions to your marketing, or a separate SEO campaign for your domain. Paid advertising is not automatically included either.
Nor is it a promise of a particular search position or monthly job count. We discuss what the property has actually done and what is still being developed, then put the specific arrangement in writing.
